This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.texasrespirators.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
Subject to your privacy choices and applicable requirements, when you visit the Site we collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Other data-sharing descriptions in this policy do not authorize sharing mobile opt-in data or consent for those purposes.
Texas Respirators (Houston Product Distributing, LLC) Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at lloyd@houstonproductdistributing.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Sharing your personal information
We share information with service providers to operate our store, process payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, fulfill orders and analyze or advertise our business, subject to applicable privacy choices.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases to provide store services. Shopify Network Intelligence also uses information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, fraud prevention and advertising. Information may be processed by Shopify and other providers in countries outside your own. We use Google Analytics to understand website use and Google Ads to measure advertising and, where permitted by your privacy choices, support personalized advertising. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through usage metrics, heatmaps and session recordings. When you contact us through Shopify Inbox, we and Shopify process the contact details and messages you provide to answer your questions and deliver the messaging service. Contacting us through chat does not by itself subscribe you to promotional email or SMS.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Browser privacy signals
Shopify honors supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for data sale or sharing opt-out in the regions configured for our opt-out page. GPC is different from the older Do Not Track browser setting, which does not by itself establish a specific consent choice on this Site.
