Before sending us your return, you must contact us to receive a RMA number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be refunded or returned to you.
Unopened products may be returned, for any reason, within 15 days for a full refund of product cost.
Opened products cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will not be paid for unless any one of the three conditions are met:
1. The products arrived damaged.
2. The products were defective.
3. You received the wrong products.
If products arrive damaged you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your shipment and provide images of the damaged items and damaged shipping box. Otherwise, we will not offer any reimbursement for damaged items.
If you return items for any reason besides the ones listed above, (conditions 1-3) you will be responsible for return shipping costs and will not receive a refund of your original shipping costs if applicable.
We reserve the right to lessen the amount of a return, or even reject a return, if we receive products (or their packaging) from you that have been damaged by you and not damaged in transit.
